In accordance with 13 December Organic Law 15/1999 Protection of Personal Data (PPD), council of Degaña informs you that your personal data will be incorporated into a computerized file whose ownership is Council of Degaña. Its purpose is to process your requests, demands and / or initiatives, as well as to provide a better service to citizens. All these data will be collected through tax forms, which will only contain the essential fields in order to provide the service requested by the user.
Personal data will be treated with the adequate degree of protection, according to 11 June Royal Degree 994/1999, taking the necessary security measures to prevent them from tampering, loss or unauthorized access by means of foreing people who may use it for purposes other than those for which they have been requested for by the user.
